An 8-week online program designed to help women break through resistant weight loss with science-driven education and practical tools

Her Resilient Metabolism

This program was made for women who feel like they are putting in the effort but not seeing the results they deserve.

If you have ever felt…

  • Frustrated that the scale will not budge even though you are eating well and exercising

  • Confused by conflicting advice and unsure what actually works

  • Tired of restrictive diets that leave you exhausted, hungry, and back at square one

  • Drained by energy crashes, cravings, or hormone changes that seem to control your progress

  • Ready for clear science and step by step strategies instead of quick fixes

…then Her Resilient Metabolism was built with you in mind.

Bridging the Gap Between Naturopathic Care and the Science Behind a Resilient Metabolism

Too often women are told to “eat less and move more.” The result? Overly restrictive programs that can damage metabolism, leave you exhausted, and push your body further out of balance.

In naturopathic care we dedicate more time than conventional visits to understanding the full picture of your health. However, resistant weight loss is such a complex topic that explaining the science, the hidden causes, and the step by step strategies would require numerous appointments. Covering that level of depth in a one-to-one setting is often not feasible or cost effective.

This program was designed to bridge that gap. It allows you to access the education and background knowledge that would otherwise take multiple visits, while still keeping appointments free to focus on personalized care.

Your 8-Week Journey:

  • Nutrition is the foundation of a resilient metabolism. In this module, you will learn how to recognize the difference between foods that simply provide calories and foods that provide the nutrients your body needs to function at its best. We cover the science of protein and why it plays such a central role in fat loss, muscle preservation, and blood sugar balance. You will also learn the balanced plate method so you can confidently build meals that leave you satisfied and energized without relying on strict diets.

Presented by Dr. Samantha Maloney, ND

  • Exercise is often seen as a way to burn calories, but the right type of movement does much more than that. This module explores how Pilates, when combined with resistance training principles, helps reshape metabolism, improve posture, and support sustainable weight loss. You will learn why this unique combination builds strength, supports hormone balance, and enhances long-term energy rather than leaving you depleted.

Presented by Niki Corion, Owner & Instructor of The Pilates House

  • Sleep is not just rest. It is when your body repairs, balances hormones, and resets metabolism. In this module, we explore how disrupted circadian rhythms, poor sleep quality, or insufficient deep sleep can stall weight loss. You will leave with strategies to support your sleep environment and routine so recovery works in your favour and your metabolism has the chance to restore.

Presented by Dr. Samantha Maloney, ND

  • Insulin is a key hormone that controls how your body processes and stores energy. When insulin sensitivity decreases, it becomes harder to burn fat, easier to store weight, and cravings often increase. In this module, we explain the science behind insulin resistance and show you practical strategies to improve blood sugar balance through food, movement, and lifestyle choices.

Presented by Dr. Samantha Maloney, ND

  • Stress is a normal part of life and cannot be always be avoided, but how you manage it makes a significant difference for your metabolism. Chronically elevated cortisol can increase cravings, disrupt sleep, and make it harder to lose weight. This module explains the connection between stress and weight regulation while also teaching practical strategies to support your stress response so your body can return to balance.

Presented by Dr. Samantha Maloney, ND

  • For women who menstruate, hormonal shifts throughout the month influence metabolism, appetite, mood, and energy. Irregular cycles, PMS, and other hormone-related symptoms can make weight loss even more challenging. This module explains how fluctuations in estrogen and progesterone impact metabolism and outlines supportive strategies that can improve energy balance and reduce roadblocks.

Presented by Dr. Samantha Maloney, ND

  • During perimenopause and menopause, hormonal changes can affect fat distribution, sleep, mood, and metabolism. Lower estrogen levels can make it harder to maintain muscle, regulate blood sugar, and support weight balance. This module provides insight into what is happening in the body at this stage and introduces tools to help you adapt, rebuild resilience, and move forward with confidence.

Presented by Dr. Samantha Maloney, ND

  • The mitochondria are the energy powerhouses of your cells, and when they are under stress your metabolism slows. Low grade inflammation and oxidative stress can damage mitochondria, leading to fatigue, poor recovery, and stalled weight loss. This module explores how nutrition, lifestyle, and movement can strengthen mitochondrial function so your body regains the ability to burn energy efficiently.

Presented by Dr. Samantha Maloney, ND

  • Your gut does far more than digest food. It plays a key role in how your body regulates metabolism, absorbs nutrients, and communicates with hormones involved in weight balance. When gut health is compromised, it can drive cravings, disrupt energy levels, and make it harder to lose weight even with healthy habits. In this module, we explore how restoring digestive health creates the foundation for lasting weight loss progress.
